Tony Perez Day

Sept. 21, 1986: Tony Perez goes 1 for 2 and is named star of the game on Tony Perez Day at Riverfront Stadium.  He played 16 years in Cincinnati, 7X All-Star, won two World Series Championships in 1975 and 1976 as a member of the Big Red Machine. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2000.
