Tom Seaver’s 2,000th Strikeout

July 24, 1975: Tom Seaver struck out Dan Driessen in T2 for his 2,000th career strikeout. He ended his career with 3,640 strikeouts. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1992.
