Pete Rose gets his 2,881st hit as a switch-hitter

July 25, 1977: Pete Rose hit a single to CF off Buddy Schultz in T4 driving in Cesar Geronimo for his 2,881st hit as a switch-hitter. He passed Frankie Frisch breaking the all-time switch-hit record. He ended his career with 4,256 hits.
