April 4, 1979: Frank Pastore made his MLB debut relieving Dave Tomlin in T7 at Riverfront Stadium. The first batter he faced was Bill North and he struck him out for his first career strikeout #1/541. He gave up his first hit to Terry Whitfield a single to RF in T7.
