Eric Davis hits his first grand slam
Reds 9, Pirates 5 in Pittsburgh
Aug. 27, 1986: Eric Davis hit his first grand slam of his career against the Pirates at Three Rivers Stadium. He hit a grand slam off Don Robinson in T9 driving in Ron Oester, Max Venable, and Buddy Bell. He ended his career with 282 home runs, 11 grand slams, and 934 RBIs.
