1973 Scorebook Covers

Grandma first started keeping score on envelopes, loose leaf paper or whatever she could find including a basketball scorecard. We can see how she progressed as she was trying to figure out her system and what was going to work best for her. On June 9th, she started using a notebook. The first game in this 1973 scorebook on June 9th is Dan Driessen’s MLB debut. On the inside cover she wrote, “Driessen 1st June 9”. From this date on she would use a notebook.
